Text messaging program terms.

Program description & consent

If you separately opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a FastIQ enrollment or account-alert page, you agree to receive recurring account and operational text messages from FAST Funding Analysis & Strategy Technology LLC d/b/a FastIQ, including login and identity verification codes, lead and rate alerts, task and appointment reminders, and system and account notifications. These messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.

Providing a phone number, submitting another form, creating an account, or accepting our Terms does not itself provide SMS consent.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the alerts you enable. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FastIQ does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.

Opting out & help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may also opt out by contacting us at the email below. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact support@usefast.ai.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from FastIQ, or of creating or using a FastIQ account. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time as described above without affecting your ability to use the platform.

Carriers & privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For information on how we collect, use and protect your information, please review our Privacy Notice. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
