The invention
Rate is an input. The borrower’s financial position is the decision.
A rate sheet can show price and payment. Fast Intelligence goes further: it compares the full economic effect of each eligible structure over the period the borrower actually expects to hold the loan.
The analysis accounts for liquidity at closing, the monthly obligation difference, cash-flow recovery, remaining principal, net position at the stated horizon, and the total-position crossover month. It then turns those figures into an explainable borrower-specific recommendation.
Fast Intelligence is patent pending. The authority-preserving pricing recommendation system is the subject of a provisional application filed under 35 U.S.C. § 111(b).
